Restaurant Precinct Redevelopment
- improving safety and visitor services in this busy hub
In conjunction with the refurbishment of the Centennial Parklands Restaurant, the Trust is undertaking an redevelopment of the precinct immediately surrounding the restaurant building.
The aims of the redevelopment are to:
- improve visitor, contractor and employee safety by implementing a shared zone along Banksia Way
- upgrade the playground and surrounds of the restaurant
- upgrade and improve the access and amenity of the area known as 'Turpentine Grove'
The Restaurant Precinct Upgrade will be completed over a four stages process.
