Promotions and Sampling

A number of regulations exist within the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Regulation 2009 that prohibit the undertaking of commercial activities on Trust lands without the express and written permission of the Director and Chief Executive of the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust.

The purpose of promotions and product sampling is to establish a commercial market for goods and services. As such it is classified as a commercial activity and is not permitted without the written permission of the Director and Chief Executive.
